If something did not read correctly, send the link you saved along with what you expected to see. A single bad extraction is usually a problem with one source rather than the whole format, and the link is the only way to tell the difference.
For a privacy or data request, write from the address on your account and say which right you are exercising. You can export or delete everything yourself from Settings at any time, and deletion is covered step by step on the delete account page.
