# Security and data

Four things we owe you, said plainly.

01 · ISOLATION

## Your data lives by itself.

Every user gets their own database. Your content is never co-mingled with anyone else's. When we say "per-user," we mean per-user at the storage layer, not just at the application layer.

02 · AT REST

## Encrypted at rest.

All content and metadata are encrypted before being written. Nothing is stored in cleartext. Keys are held as managed secrets with restricted access, and key material is never exposed to the client.

03 · NO TRAINING

## Never used to train models.

Your content is not used to train language models. Not by us. Not by any provider in our pipeline. This is contractual with every vendor we use. Not a promise in the abstract.

04 · MEMORY YOU CONTROL

## See what it remembers. Erase any of it.

Omphalis keeps a small, structured memory so it can pick better moments for you. It holds abstract labels and weights, never the text of what you saved. Every entry is visible in Settings, and you can delete any of them, with immediate effect. It is never sold, and never used to profile you for advertising.

05 · EXPORT

## Yours to take with you.

Full library export, anytime, in open formats. No lock-in. If you ever leave Omphalis, you leave with everything you put in.
